Oscar: Between the Stoves and the Streets of Europe

For over three decades, Oscar has been turning his passion for cooking into unforgettable culinary experiences.
After honing his craft in prestigious restaurants across Italy, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, he developed a signature style that blends the elegance of French cuisine, the precision of German technique, and the warmth of Mediterranean tradition.

In 2013, alongside his wife Caterina, he opened a thriving restaurant in the heart of the Black Forest. Eleven years later, drawn back to his roots, he returned to the Euganean Hills to create De Rerum Natura — a seafood restaurant near Teolo, Abano, and Montegrotto Terme, where the freshness of the sea meets the authentic flavors of the land.

Each dish is crafted with respect for the finest ingredients, a spark of creativity, and an unwavering pursuit of perfect balance. The result? A dining experience that tells the story of the region with taste, elegance, and a hint of wonder.
